The Odisha government has been working in association with SAS India, and its partner CSM Technologies for a COVID-19 dashboard. The massive graphic data visualization dashboard depicts multiple real-time statistics on Odisha’s COVID-19 administration across numerous KPIs via interactive charts, graphs, diagrams and designs.
The page also portrays the status, location, demographics, spread and trend analysis of cases at the most granular level. Thus, state officials are using dynamic visualization capabilities and advanced analytical tools to chart COVID-19 resistance plans.
The state COVID-19 plans are based on the analyses of the data on the number of patients, the potential increase of the disease, and existing bed capacities and ventilator reading. These are being ascertained through the help of the following factors:
- An estimate of infection risk profile
- Data on the responsive population of geographic regions
- Impact of lockdowns and migrant influx on the infection rate.
