Lotus Eco Beach Resort Konark: A World Where Time Slows Down

City life has so much to offer – endless dining options, great nightlife, all kinds of expensive stores and many other sources of entertainment. But sometimes, all that is not enough. You want more, and you want just the opposite. Lazy days spent without having to cross things off your to-do list can come as a welcome change. For those days, Lotus Eco Beach Resort is your saviour.

A pretty seaside resort in the small town of Konark, the place perfectly recreates countryside ambience. It is one of the most alluring tourist destinations in Odisha and is famed for its eco-friendly cottages, seaside view and proximity to important historical places such as Konark Sun Temple and Jagannath Temple.

Lotus Eco Beach Resort Konark Food Area

The biggest attraction here is the food zone – a long hut-shaped structure, lined with rows of tables overlooking the Kusabhadra River and the Ramchandi Beach. Here you can spend hours enjoying your food while feeling the cool sea breeze at any given time of the day.

The resort is frequented by locals too, who come to relish fresh seafood. Also, for non-meat eaters, the options are ample and equally good. Veg Jalfrezi with Naan is a must-try! Not to forget that they have a full-fledged bar overlooking the sea.

Types Of Accommodation

There are three types of stay options: the basic cottage, the deluxe cottage and the villas. All are a perfect blend of rural architecture and modern conveniences. The best part – rooms are air-conditioned which come as a relief in the harsh summer of Odisha. (Pro tip: Rooms 106 onwards have the best views)

How To Reach Lotus Eco Beach Resort?
