Bhubaneswar Fashion Breaks Stereotypes With Miss Raja Diva 2019
Events take place, the stage shines, the show goes on, but it is festivals and grand celebrations that create a lasting impression. Bhubaneswar Fashion‘s Miss Raja Diva 2019 was a celebration that aimed to break stereotypes by way of fashion.
On the 16th of June, over 200 participants from different parts of the state came under one roof to celebrate the festival of Raja in a glamorous manner, by walking the ramp and fighting for the crown.
The event aimed at providing a platform for to-be-models and influencers to showcase their talent. The festival went a long way in creating a community of artists, influencers, designers and photographers who came together to showcase their magic.
The event was divided into four major rounds:
- Ramp walk – The contestants had to walk the ramp to showcase their confidence and style
- Talent round – The participants exhibited their talents such as dancing, acting, singing and the like
- Ethnic round – In this stage, the top 30 selected members had to walk the ramp in ethnic wear
- Question round – In the final stage, the judges asked tricky questions to the finalists
After an intense competition, the evening came to an end with Rudrangi being crowned as Bhubaneswar Fashion’s First Miss Raja Diva. She was awarded prizes worth thirty thousand, including a diamond ring.
Saani Panda and Minakshi Priyadarshini secured the runner-up and third position respectively.
